Firstly, our monitoring center will contact your nominated contacts to see if it’s a false alarm. If we are not able to make contact, or if it is not a false alarm, then we will follow the agreed procedure to safe guard your property.

No, Mibyte Technology can provide systems that are wireless and use the 4G mobile network to connect with our A1 grade monitoring center.
Can I check what is happening at home when I’m not there?
Yes, we provide CCTV installation. This will record activity on a hard drive located inside the property, while a smartphone app will allow live viewing of any activity.
What happens to my security system if I connect to the NBN?
